The 2021 Replacement Zoning Ordinance ushered in changes to petition and application forms and the need to make them more accessible.  More upgrades are planned and will be added to this page  as changes are made.

Applicants, surveyors, engineers, builders, and developers should become familiar with the 2021 Zoning Ordinance and  Subdivision. Ordinance.  After becoming familiar with the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations, interpretations or clarifications may be directed to the Utica Town Planner.
